Casetta Ulivo
Casetta Ulivo is on two floors:
On the first floor there is the sitting room, with typical tuscan agrestic furnitures and the kitchen equipped with all the needful and the oven. In the sitting room there is also a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed, allowing Casetta Ulivo turning into a 5 people flat.
On the second floor there is the double bedroom with a wonderful view on San Gimignano's towers, the small bedroom and the bathroom.
The ceiling composed by balks and joists and the floor made of cooked tiles, complete the typical agrestic atmosphere of this house.
Externally there is a space with table and chairs to spend nice hours outdoor.
The small house is equipped with self-heating system to be comfortably habitable also during the winter period, ideal to spend the Christams and the New Years Day in Tuscany.
